Natalia brings over 15 years of professional experience within the social sector. Prior to joining NPAG, she worked in grants management at several immigrant-serving nonprofits and as an academic librarian at the University of Delaware and the North Carolina State University. She is driven to support mission-oriented institutions with her strong project management, empathetic communications, and systems-thinking skills.

Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana, Puerto Rican, and Latino Studies from CUNY-Hunter College and a Master of Library Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.

Originally from New York City, Natalia currently lives in Raleigh, North Carolina.
