Miranda, NPAG’s fractional HR Business Partner, is a highly accomplished Human Resources executive with over 18 years of progressive leadership experience, consistently driving people and culture strategies that align talent to amplify organizational impact. Her expertise lies in defining and executing comprehensive people strategies, fostering engaged and highly productive employee experiences, and cultivating values-driven cultures across diverse, multi-site operations. She brings a full spectrum of HR capabilities, including talent development, performance management, strategic workforce planning, total rewards, and building robust HR infrastructure and compliance systems. As a proactive and empathetic leader, I am dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness and leading transformative change.

A trained coach and facilitator based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Miranda brings proactivity and empathy to her work building and supporting teams. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business as well as an MBA from University of Maryland.
