Megan Rossi brings nearly 20 years of nonprofit HR leadership experience, specializing in talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and equitable hiring practices. She partners with mission-driven organizations to strengthen their talent strategies, build inclusive workplace cultures, and connect exceptional people to meaningful work.

Throughout her career, Megan has led talent acquisition and recruitment efforts while building expertise in employee engagement, employee relations, training and professional development, and organizational culture. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at The William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, where she led recruitment and onboarding initiatives and advanced inclusive, equitable, and collaborative workforce practices.

Megan earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and studied Gender and Sexuality Studies at the University of Amsterdam. She earned her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification in 2019, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to excellence in the HR profession.
