Joanna Wong joins NPAG with experience in computer studies, administrative medical assistance, as well as clerical and reception support. She attended New York City College of Technology where she studied computer information systems and gained experience with different administrative software programs. Her background has helped her build strong organizational and technical skills that she uses to support day-to-day office operations.

As an Operations Associate at NPAG, Joanna assists with project management tasks, client materials, and general finance support; helping to keep workflows organized and running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys puzzles and is an avid reader.
