Jennifer Su brings over a decade of experience and a wealth of knowledge to NPAG. Her journey began as an elementary school teacher, who became captivated by the impact of strong and efficient administration, particularly in finance, operations, and human resource management.

Before joining NPAG, Jennifer held leadership roles across various nonprofit organizations, as well as public and educational institutions, including NYC’s Department of Education and NYU. Her expertise spans financial management, FP&A, strategic planning, budget execution, systems improvement, policy development, operational oversight, forecasting and reporting, and cross-functional team leadership. Jennifer’s passion lies in working with mission-based organizations, and she draws inspiration from their commitment to educational, social, racial, and economic justice.

Jennifer holds a B.A. in Finance and Business Management, as well as an M.S. in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband, two sons, and her two fur babies.
