Jennifer Dong is a Senior Associate at NPAG, bringing experience across talent acquisition, communications, and project management. She enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, building strong relationships, and helping candidates feel informed and supported throughout the search.

Before joining NPAG, Jennifer supported the David and Lucile Packard Foundation in several roles, including internal communications, HR project management, and most recently as a Talent Partner. Across these areas, she worked with teams throughout the organization on employee communications, people initiatives, and talent. As a Talent Partner, she led full-cycle searches across a range of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers from early search planning through interviews, selection, and offer.

Jennifer began her career in communications and has held roles at Opendoor, Feedzai, Lyft, and RingCentral. That background continues to shape how she works today, particularly her focus on clear communication, strong relationships, and creating processes that are thoughtful and easy for others to navigate.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has gravitated toward work that brings together people, communication, and organization. She is known for being proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, and for anticipating what teams and stakeholders may need before they need it.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Public Relations with a minor in Business from San José State University.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Jennifer is a second-generation Bay Area native. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, as well as her rescue dog, Zippy.
