Healthcare Technology Company

President/Chief Business Officer

Remote

Summary

The Company is a venture-backed healthcare technology company that helps health systems, health plans, and other healthcare organizations get patients to care, including patients with complex mobility needs.

The Company is led by its Founder & CEO, who brings deep healthcare technology experience and a personal understanding of how access barriers affect patients and families. That perspective shapes both the vision and the product.

The Company partners with providers, payors, and other healthcare organizations to match each patient with the right level of transportation, from ambulatory rides to higher-acuity assisted transport. Its model combines enterprise software, a vetted transportation network, healthcare-specific workflows, and AI increasingly embedded in care operations. Together, these reduce administrative burden for customers, improve reliability of transportation, and make transportation part of the patient care journey rather than an afterthought.

The Company is backed by institutional, healthcare, and strategic investors, with partnerships across healthcare, technology, and transportation. Its core platform, enterprise infrastructure, and market relationships are in place. The next phase is about converting a significant market opportunity into durable revenue growth, stronger margins, broader enterprise adoption, and long-term strategic value. To lead that phase, the Company is seeking a President/Chief Business Officer (CBO). The President/CBO will be the operational partner to the Founder & CEO and the first person to hold this role. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, this leader will own day-to-day execution and the scaling of the business, freeing the Founder & CEO to focus on external strategy, capital, and visibility.

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 – $190,000.
