Summary
The Flint Institute of Arts (FIA) is the second largest art museum in Michigan and one of the largest museum-connected community art schools in the United States. Through their exhibitions, events, and programs, they seek to connect diverse communities through fun, creative, and inspiring visual art experiences.
FIA now seeks nominations and applications for its next Director of Finance and Administration. This Director will have the opportunity to oversee the financial health and processes of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. They will also oversee the Facilities and Security Departments, as well as IT contractors. This role works closely with the Executive Director (reporting directly to them) and with management teams to support informed financial decision-making and maintain regulatory adherence.
