Is there a quote that inspires you? “None of us is as smart as all of us.” – Ken Blanchard

What lasting change do you want your work to have? I hope my work helps strengthen the people, systems, and cultures behind mission-driven organizations. When organizations have strong leadership, thoughtful processes, and collaboration at their core, they are better positioned to create lasting impact in the communities and environments they serve.

If you could give a 10-minute presentation on any subject, what would it be? I would speak about living with purpose through compassion, gratitude, and grace embracing cultural differences with curiosity and respect to build deeper connections and a more inclusive world.
