NPAG stands in solidarity with our clients and leadership networks as the sector faces many challenges brought on by funding cuts, legislative threats, and economic uncertainty. Like many consultants in our industry, we are hearing from talented individuals at all levels who are finding themselves unexpectedly in a job search and are seeking resources and support. NPAG’s values and commitment to leadership in the sector has brought our team together to share resources, expertise, and opportunities regularly and free of charge in the following ways:

  • Join Our Network – Share (or update) your information with us confidentially so that we can reach you for aligned opportunities. NPAG works on a retained basis for client organizations, and we share information about open positions publicly and proactively.

  • NPAG Office Hours – We will host monthly sessions with strategies for leaders in transition including how to: work with search firms, optimize your use of LinkedIn during a job transition, draft an effective cover letter, avoid common resume mistakes, etc. Each session will include an open Q&A and will be recorded and available for one week to all who sign up.
